Abstract
In 2019, the CNA admitted a total of 10,642 treatments with subsequent inpatient treatment. 1,430 patients
(14%) were further treated in the ITS. Of the 1,430 ITS treatments, 600 patient treatments (41%) resulted in statistically documented waiting times for an ITS bed. In principle, there are waiting times for transfer during an ITS admission. However, these are only recorded statistically if they were marked as waiting for a ward bed in the PTS. The mean value of all bed waiting times is 78±66 minutes.
