Abstract
The first German cosmonaut, Dr Sigmund Jähn, and the physician Olaf Schedler describe the essential effects of weightlessness on the orientation system in space in the form of the influence of gravity on gravity-dependent structures and the change in the character of movement in weightlessness itself.
